FINE  PARTICLES  CAN   BE  RECOVERD

          The  fine particles (nano  size)  and  more  materials in the liquid can be recovered.

          Active ingredient  and other active  component  can  be  separated  and  recovered  from  effluent.

SOLIDS  IN  A  LOW   MOISTURE  

CONTENT   CAN  BE  RECOVERED

         Reducing   drying   and  dehydrating   process  after   the  separation   process  by  GRS.

         Reducing   process  means  reducing   the  whole  processing  time,  which  contributes  to   saving  energy  costs.  (Reduced 5-20% moisture  content)

EFFLUENT   PURIFICATION  AND  RECYCLE

         Recovering  clean  water  would   be  a  greater  benefit  environmentally  and  economically.

Low  vibration   and   low  acoustic  noise

       The  noise  is  less than  80db  at  side  of  the  machine.

       Low  vibration  does  not  require  quakeproof  foundation  work.

Operate  24  hours /  364  days

      GRS  drains  solid  bodies  from  the  aperture  at  the   bottom  to  avoid  obstruction.

  ื    It  is  not  necessary  to  be  stopped  except  yearly  periodic  inspections.

Reduce  the  setting  area

      GRS  can  cut  down  most  ancillary  facility  through  its  ability  to  separate  and  recover  solid  with  low  water  content  and  to  purify  water.

      Because  of  the  vertical  structure  of  GRS,  the  setting   space  requirement  becomes  about  1/3  compared  with  the  conventional  horizontal structure.

1. ขาย      ซึ่งราคาจะขึ้นกับจำนวนและประเภทอุตสาหกรรม + รายได้ 20 % ของรายได้ที่ประหยัดได้จาก GRS โดยการ remote ตรวจดูได้จากอินเตอร์เน็ต

2. ให้เช่า   ซึ่งสามารถเช่าใช้งานได้ตามโครงการของลูกค้า  โดยค่าเช่าเป็นรายเดือน + รายได้ 20 % ของรายได้ที่ประหยัดได้จาก GRS โดยการ remote ตรวจดูได้จากอินเตอร์เน็ต

ก่อนการสั่งซื้อสามารถส่งวัสดุตัวอย่างให้บริษัทไปต่างประเทศ เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่าง และออกแบบเครื่องมือให้เข้ากับความต้องการลูกค้า และ ลูกค้าสามารถนำวัสดุจำนวนหนึ่งส่งไปทำการแยกสารให้ได้ตามข้อกำหนด เพื่อให้เห็นประสิทธิภาพ หากได้ผลที่พอใจตามตกลง ก็สามารถเซ็นต์สัญญาการสั่้งผลิต GRS นี้ได้
